Asbestos Notification

To all patrons, parents, students and employees in USD #329:
USD #329 Mill Creek Valley is in compliance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986. All of the buildings in USD #329 Mill Creek Valley have been inspected for asbestos and an Operations and Management Plan is on file at the Maintenance Director's Office in Alma, KS. This plan is available for review during regular business hours. Asbestos-suspected materials remaining in the district have periodic surveillance and are repaired or removed as needed. Joe Zeller, maintenance director, is the local education agency's designated contact for asbestos related inquiries. Should you desire further information, contact Joe Zeller, 785-765-2284.
