In the provision of special education and related services, the Kansas State Department of Education and USD #329 Mill Creek Valley adheres to and is subject to all the requirements set forth under both federal and state mandates governing special education. USD #329 Mill Creek Valley complies with all aspects of the State Plan for Special Education.
