Inclement Weather Procedure
Anytime school is canceled during the school day and students are sent home, there will be no practices that afternoon, evening, or night.
If school is canceled before the school day starts (whether for ice, snow, temperature) and the conditions improve throughout the day:
A decision will be made by Coaches, Athletic Directors, and District Administrators to determine if it is safe for practices that afternoon.
Every attempt will be made to finalize a decision by noon (12:00 pm)
Coaches will be responsible for contacting parents/players with the decision and establishing reasonable practice times based off decisions.
Practices can only be for two hours and must be completed by 4:00 pm.
ALL practices on inclement weather days are voluntary.
