The Wabaunsee High School's annual homecoming will kick off Sunday, September 7th, with window painting downtown from 3:00-5:00 pm. Then, at 5:30 join for the first “Buff Puff.” The parade is set for Wednesday, September 10th, at 5:30 pm. At 6:00 Booster Club will take over for a free-will donation hot dog meal and shaved ice from Booster Club from 6-6:30, 6:30 all fall sport team introductions PK-12, and powder puff to follow. An all district pep rally will be held Friday at 2:15 in the gym. The crowning of the king and queen will be held on Friday, September 12th, before the football game at 6:15. The dance will be held at The Brandt House Saturday, September 13th from 8:00-10:00. The dress is semi-formal (no jeans or tshirts). The admission is $2. Mocktails, snacks and an outside dance will happen! If weather occurs, the dance will be moved to the commons.

If your business or group wishes to participate in the parade on Wednesday, September 10th, line-up starts at 5:15 pm on 3rd & Kansas Street in front of the courthouse. Please contact Jenny Schutter or Amy Cassell if you wish to have a float.
