WHS is hosting a FAFSA Completion Night on December 16th from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. This is a come and go event where we will have a financial aid representative available to answer your FAFSA questions, help you with filling out the FAFSA, and who can walk you through the process. The event will be in the WHS Library. Please take advantage of this opportunity to meet with an expert in the financial aid process! Bison “Quilt” made by Wabunsee Junior High students~ on display!
Last Spring Shirley Mc McClintock, from the Trail Days Museum in Council Grove (803 W. Main St.) approached me about acquiring artwork from my students to put on display. The criteria- must feature Bison. Since it was Spring and we were finishing up our last semester projects, I didn’t have much time to fit “this” in, but sure enough, my pivoting 6th graders (now 7th grade), from Wabaunsee Junior High “came through”! The actual exhibition experienced a delay (Shirley apologizes) but the work is finally up… and we would of course, love for you to support USD #329 students!
